went there with a friend don't really like its too small and I find you have too wait too long to get on other machines you need
Best gym in town! Clean, kind and a very helpful staff. Everyone who works there knows their stuff. The equipment is really well maintained and there are so many different options in terms of workout programs that there is something for everyone; whether you are a hard core muscle machine or a long distance runner they know how to train you and have the equipment and techniques to support you.
