I go there for my eyebrows waxing. they do it perfectly and with almost no pain at all. I also went today to get my hair done and the hairdresser did it like I wanted to. If you like getting your head massage and almost fall asleep, get your hair wash there.
Obscene wait times and you feel like you're in a production line. I've been here ONCE and that was one too many times.
