This new store is like a jewel (pardon the pun) in our little town. The sparkling displays are set in beautiful decor, and staff are knowledgable, pleasant and totally comfortable in both English & French. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find beautiful pieces for $50-$80, and the Christmas shopping experience is so much better than buying on line. Unless you need alterations, you can take your purchase home with you right away. I'm a very happy customer!
In my opinion I do not recomend this company I brought a diamond ring in to have diamond replace when I recieved it back they had melted down completely on side of my ring it no longer had a elegant design it had before now it was flat on one side they did not replace the white gold that was originally on it not to mention the so called diamond they put in fell out the same week totally destroyed my ring made a mess of the complete diamond cluster then tried to blame it on me because I am a big time gardener she said it was because I did not wear gloves in the dirt. SERIOUSLY Totally unprofessional charged me over 200.00 plus for repairs and had an estimate done on the damages they caused to my ring by a professional jewler it would have cost me 300.00 plus just to fix tbe band the ring was totalled and still sits in a box today. Highly suggest to take your business elsewhere.they do honor their products and definately do not honor their customers!
