Found the store too packed with merchandise making the aisles too narrow. Store looks worn and could use a facelift. There are plenty of local farms around this area and I would recommend that you purchase the produce there as its fresher and of better quality.
Walmart Hawkesbury is the biggest supermarket in the town. The prodocts are allways fresh and the price is sometime higher than you expect. But generally this a good place to get what you pay for
Been doing my groceries here for roughly five years now, and the experience has remained consistent.Prices are generally great, frequent sales yield substantive discounts, the Great Value brand has great quality products for low prices, and the staff are bilingual and very friendly, though sometimes hard to locate.It's hard to describe but the layout of the grocery section is odd. Not necessarily bad, but odd.The produce is decent enough, though often times some items are below average quality (lettuce browning before the expiration date, salad kits sometimes already past their prime), but everything else is generally just fine.Toiletries and other household goods are competitively priced and generally in stock.Lineups at the cash are sometimes excessively long, and the amount of cashiers on duty are often insufficient to meet demand.
I would have given it 5 stars if it had more clothes for boys . Its almost all for little girls .
Competitive pricing on most items. Selection based on middle of road tastes, so won't have specialty items. Meat selection limited. General department store probably has best selection of items for Hawkesbury and surroundings.
